Referral program
How referrals work
1. Submit the referral
Share your details and the buyer's details using the referral form. You'll confirm that you have their permission first.
2. We contact the buyer
We reach out, review their criteria, and let them know whether we have an opportunity that may be a fit.
3. Commission on closing
If the referred buyer purchases a property through us and the transaction successfully closes, you may receive a $1,000 referral commission.
The $1,000 referral commission is not guaranteed in every situation. The referral must meet our program requirements and the transaction must successfully close.
